[Review] Zenigata Keibu 銭形警部 Drama Tv

 Zenigata keibu drama

The legendary Inspector Zenigata, Lupine III's tireless pursuer, came to life thanks to this TV drama series broadcast by WOWOW and Hulu that pays homage to this incredible anime and manga character. Follow the review, and let yourself be intrigued by the Trailer.

Is there really still anyone who doesn't know Inspector Zenigata? for here few who still don't know who he is, Koichi Zenigata is one of the main characters from the manga series "Lupine Sansei" ("Lupin III") by Monkey Punch (published August 10, 1967 to May 22, 1969 by the seinen manga magazine Weekly Manga Action) , the Interpol inspector who has been chasing the famous international criminal for a lifetime, without ever catching him :D .

This television transposition is divided into 3 parts, the first aired in February 2017 the Special, was the first episode that kicked off the series. A single long episode where a famous painting is stolen from a Tokyo museum, and a security guard is killed.

A note left at the scene attributes the theft to master thieves Lupine the 3rd, and the MPD (Japanese Metropolitan Police) will have to investigate. Inspector Zenigata, who has dedicated his life to Lupin's capture, believes that someone else is the culprit. To get rid of him, the leaders of the First Division flank him Sakuraba Natsuki (Maeda Atsuko) and Kunikida Shintaro (Miura Takahiro) as subordinates for a parallel investigation.

After the broadcast of this special, which received great interest and good reviews, other series of episodes divided into 2 followed with 4 episodes each: Zenigata Keibu Shikkoku no Hanzai Fairu and Zenigata Keibu Shinku no Sosa File.

The characters chosen for the TV transpositions of famous anime or manga do not always come close to the original character, but in this case Ryohei Suzukii, who plays our inspector, is the perfect choice. His physical structure, such as his height, and his long face make him a noteworthy Zenigata. Seeing him then in the scenes, on how he moves and runs will certainly remind you of what you have seen in anime or read about manga.

The episodes have other known actors, who have years and dramas behind them, many of you who follow Japanese TV series will certainly know them very well. But among them there is also a famous "Ex" :D, or Atsuko Maeda ex AKB48

Zenigata is one of my favorite Lupine characters, he's funny, always unlucky and anything happens to him. These TV series are based on original stories that show what the Interpol inspector does when he's not chasing the famous thief, investigations that show a zenigata that you don't always know, his interactions with the police, but above all his sense of strong and extreme justice.

In my opinion, the actor chosen to play Zenigata is perfect, certainly the one who comes closest to the original character created by the master Monkey Punch.
The episodes are interesting, the stories are not trivial and seeing the character even funny.

I advise you to see him and then let me know your impressions :), I'm sure you won't mind him. Of course, even for those who do not know the famous detective, you can relax and enjoy interesting stories in these episodes.
